At Lalas, we are committed to offering you the best shopping experience. However, due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of opened or used products once sold or delivered.

Exchange Conditions

We will consider an exchange only in the following cases:

  • Damaged or Tampered Product:
    If you receive a tampered or damaged product, please contact our Customer Care within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly share clear images or videos as proof, so we can address your concern promptly.
  • Quality Complaints:
    If you have any quality-related concerns, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note: Lalas is not liable for any damage caused after delivery due to neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application. Such cases will not be eligible for exchange or return.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The product must be in saleable condition
  • It must be returned in its original packaging
  • It should be unused and undamaged

All exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by our team.
No refunds will be issued once the product is sold.
