Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Lalas, we aim to deliver your order safely and on time. Please review the following details:

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Delivery takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Free shipping is available on orders above ₹500.

International Shipping

  • International orders are processed within 1 business day.
  • Delivery usually takes 10–12 business days.
  • Free international shipping on orders above $100 USD. Orders below this value are charged a flat shipping fee of $20 USD.
  • We currently do not ship to the EU, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Turkey, Lebanon, Pakistan, Ukraine, Israel, and China.

Customs & Duties (International Orders Only)

  • Your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges depending on your country.
  • These charges are not included in our shipping fees and must be paid by the customer.
  • We recommend checking your country’s import policies and cosmetic regulations before ordering.
  • If you refuse to pay customs duties and the shipment is returned, we will deduct shipping and return costs from your refund.

Delivery Timings & Signature Requirements

  • Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • A signature is required upon delivery. If you are unavailable, please have a trusted person receive it on your behalf.
  • Lalas is not responsible for items signed for by someone else.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges for used or opened products, due to hygiene and safety reasons.

However, we do allow exchanges in the following cases:

  • If the product is damaged or tampered during delivery, contact our Customer Care within 24 hours with pictures and videos.
  • For product quality issues, report them within 7 days of delivery.

Returned items will go through a 7-point quality check. If the product does not meet return criteria, it will be rejected and no refund will be issued.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.
  • Exchanges are subject to approval by Lalas.
  • No refunds will be provided for successfully delivered products.
